Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be in original condition and packaging with all labels still attached. To arrange a return, please email our customer service team at hello@niomie.com.

Once we have received the returned package, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. We recommend that returned items are shipped via a tracked shipping method.
