Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Our goal at Niomie.com is to process and ship orders quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.

We ship worldwide! There is a shipping fee of $6.95 for orders under $99. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $99.

Canada - 5 - 10 business days by Canada Post

International - 5 - 12 business days

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped. Packages that are lost in shipment due to an incorrect address will be buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. Packages that are returned based on an incorrect or undeliverable address will be shipped back out once the buyer pays the reshipment fee.
